Ok so the shop is almost up and running full speed! With all the vacation time that my child had and family occasions we are still spending time in Estonia! Nevertheless here are some new additions to the shop!   

I´ve made some fun summer friendship bracelets. And a fancy wave necklace...

Who would think that even on our road trip will be time for my Sinikettu creations?! 

This lovely model is showing off the candy-striped dog collar. Purple and green are now in fashion, ou know! :)

Road trip!!!

So we´ve decided to go on a little road trip from Estonia to Lithuania by car! How cool is this?! Trips like these are full of inspiration! More items to come in the shop, so stay tuned!

Serene waters of my sea with a touch of 14k gold

this bracelet is now in my Etsy shop! 

"The sea was serene and calm after the rain, very clear and fresh, and the sun, that was coming out from it`s hiding in the gloomy clouds, was touching, almost shy, the water with it`s rays." 

Baltic sea is cold this time of year

So obviously I had some planes to swim in my dearest Baltic sea this year. I have these plannes every year for summer. Then I come here, in Estonia, and find out that the 3 coats (all different levels of warmth) that I packed with me are gonna be more in use than a swimming suit.
Also the swifts are gone, and that can mean only one thing- this summer is over! What will never change though - cold waters of my dearest sea.

Summer time in Tallinn

 Summer time in Tallinn means fresh forest berries with cream and weaving clover wreaths for my girls. And A LOT of eating at my mom`s place :)
Summer time in my town always reminds me of my childhood and simple happiness and laughter with my girlfriends, ah, the silly jokes of my girls.
And then eating again :)
I love summer!

Vacation ... or not!

Ok so it is great to be with a family and what not, but... I can´t just sit and do nothing!
And the trip to the nearest (they`ve opened a fabric store very VERY close to where we live) fabric store confirmed this! So I just had to purchase a lot some of oh so lovely jacquard ribbons. Every Summer needs a bracelet :) That´s what I said to my sister anyway.
So now we have ribbons and beads and mouline and rubber strings laying everywhere and everybody are involved in making bracelets. Mine are for sale, my sister`s are for our two lovely girls. Even my dad was forced to model some bracelets for photo shoot. :)

Vacation at last!

So we are officially on vacation! You still can reach me by email or going in the shop and leaving me a message! I will be checking more often than I planed anyway :) you know how that goes!
Meanwhile I will be creating new things and rearranging my shop and the rest of tiny details that need to be done, plus the website and the style of the banner and new cards and flyers... but first!!! Vacation time! Sending love to everybody, love, sunshine and peace to you and to all you family!

Vacation time

Pretty soon I will be closing my shop on the vacation timeout!
To research and work now from Estonia for a few months. Barcelona heat is killing me, as an annoying   allergies on polen that seams to be everywhere. I sleep and dream about my town cool nights and just a breathe of fresh air. Sadly my sewing machine has to stay home, here in BCN, I´ll miss it deeply. Everything is tucked away and carefully folded till September. (snif snif).

Juggling Elephants

For me working from home sometimes = juggling elephants. Especially if I have orders and my child of 4 years is on a summer break. And this summer break is just started!

She wants to know and to participate in everything in what I do :) She is trying to squeeze herself between me and everything that I do, when I am cutting the wrapping paper with scissors, taking photos of the orders (she does provide a great shade I must admit :)), or when I am sewing eyes of the monsters and she is helping to hold the eye :) . So big, and so small at the same time :) Little explorer!

But HOW do people juggle motherhood and work???? Some say that planning ahead really helps, or precutting material or waking up at 4 in the morning and having few hours for actually achieving something.... Still trying to figure this one out.

Owls vs Sheeps

So by showing an Owl to a client I sold a Sheep :D

Nombres bordados

I gave up! Owls, they were following me everywhere, so I had to try it also :)

I was preparing for them to fly freely where they want but apparently one of the local shops want them in their window! That`s right! They will be two local owls from now on :) Which one you like best??

And Nombres Bordados is just another sample of my embroidery.
